footprint creation does not create psm or ssm file

Hi there, after I had finish create the symbol and save the footprint (.dra) but the psm do not create together after save the footprint. This problem also same as creating the pin shape (.ssm) file. Anyone face this problem before? I had try to re-install the Cadance Allegro 16.5. But still the same, no psm or ssm being create after save the footprint. Kindly please advise, thanks!
