Must mirror Bottom Silkscreen Film or not?

Hi,

I am going to generate Gerber files for my desing. I am wondering if I have to select "Film mirrored" option for Bottom Silkscreen or not?!. When I look at Bottom Slikscreen files in CAMTASTIC I see that Bottom RefDes texts are displayed as they are mirrored. It seems to me that I have to mirror Film till the final work is displayed correctly at Bottom. I would appreciate any help and information about "Film mirrored" option in Manufacture-> Artwork.
