How to create "New Pin Number" by TCL Script

Dear All,

As the title, I create a new pin by tcl command " NewSymbolPinScalar " with class DboSymbol,

but when I run command " NewPinNumber ", there is a error occur : No matching function for overloaded 'DboDevice_NewPinNumber',

and the other command "SetPinNumber", was no use.

Is there any method to creat a new pin number by tcl command?
