Unused Refdes in multiple part packages

Hi,

I have run the DRC rule check and everything looks fine apart from Unused Refdes in multiple part packages. I have this LMC6464 IC. I created it as heterogeneous part. I also have other LPV358 IC same as the earlier one. In the DRC report it says that LMC6464 refdes in multiple package is unused. 

I googled the error and the forum but couldnt get the solution. I already crossed check all the PCB footprints and the Refdes of the ICs. Please advice.
