Increase Pad size in one direction

Hello,

I was wondering if there is an option to increase the pad size of a QFP component in one direction. I mean if I can increase the height or width of a pad from one edge not both edges. 

                                               suppose this is a pad of size 60 mil width           |-------------|

            I want to increase the width this way, from one of its edge                    |------------------| 

                                                                       not this way                               |------------------|
