Shape within an other shape with the same net but not connected to each other

In my design I use 12 layers. On the 12th layer I place a supply. On the 11th layer I connect some GND pins of some components to each other with a dynamic shape and connect that shape with bb via's to other layers. Around that GND shape on layer 11 is another dynamic GND shape, but they shouldn't be connected to each other on layer 11. They connect on other layer to each other ofcourse.

Is there an easy way to accomplish this without placing a void in the big shape?

I've tried things with Same Net Spacing in the Contraint Manager, but it didn't solve my problem.
