Problem importing DXF traces

Hello,

I'm working on a High speed RF design and I need to import some tuned traces that I made using AutoCAD, I tried to import the DXF file that only includes the traces and it seems that it is deleting everything else on my design and only shows the imported traces, the rest of the data is deleted, is there a way that I can import the traces into the existing design?
