Launch Project Manager GUI results in Crash on windows 10 intermittently

All,

Is any one facing intermittent crash if the project manager GUI launch ( 3 to 4 mites frequent launch) on windows 10.

Added to firewall antivirus no issues.

Checking if anyone had this issue and show some insights.
