Error spcodd-563: Netlisting error With Hierarchical Design

Hi,

I have created an hierarchical symbol in Concept HDLv17.2.

I have used the symbol in a design and getting the following error, when doing packaging.

"#1 ERROR(SPCODD-563): The following blocks have netlisting errors: 00testpro~
ject Fix them in Design Entry HDL before packaging."

Markers point to some pages, but couldn't identify exact cause for the error. Please help me to solve this issue.

Also please clarify me, whether the actual part symbols inside the hierarchical part can have the reference designator by default?

                            (Or)

The reference designator must be assigned through packaging the Main schematic only. (i.e Where the schematics uses this hierarchical symbol)
