When placing components manually, the rotation value in the Options window is ignored. If I select Place Components Manually, and select a component to place, no matter what value is in the rotation options in the options window on the right, i.e. 0, 45, 90, 135,... etc. the component is always placed with the orientation from the library. If I am placing a bunch of components (i.e. all remaining unplaced components) I have to right-click-rotate for each part I place. This is slow and affects productivity.
I would expect all components to follow the rotation option value. Zero would be the original orientation from the library and the other numbers would be relative to the original orientation.
If I enter PlacementEdit mode, the behaviour is the same; the rotation option does not work.
What am I doing wrong? Is there a setting somewhere I am missing? Is this a bug I have to live with?
Also, why don't the place manual buttons work in the toolbar on the left? I have to use the menu every time.
