DRC Errors - Line-to-shape spacing

Hello,

I have created my design but when i go to create the gerber artwork files, a DRC error appears on both top and bottom etches:

'DRC Error "line to shape spacing" 

Constraint value: 0.127mm

Actual value : 0 mm'

I'm aware of constraint manager options and changing the constraint value to 0 mm but I would like to know if I am doing something inherently wrong? Do I have a real DRC or should I ignore it completely?
