E-learning course for Floor Planning

I am going through the E-learning course for Allegro PCB Editor. In the floor planning lab I am being asked to open this command

the statement reads "Choose Outline-Room from the top menu."

I cannot find this command anywhere. Can someone direct me to where I can locate this.
