Sync Component Value Change in Capture to PCB text

Hi, 

I'm having trouble getting the component values to automatically update based on changes to the schematic. 

What I would like is any change to the VALUE property in capture to change all text in the COMPONENT VALUE class for the appropriate component. 

I am aware of the "Show Property" command to place property text on a layer, then shuffle it from there, but that does not preserve the text location or block assignment. 

What I would like is an "update in place" type of thing for text properties.
