Place pin around circle

Hello,

It's been some time that I look for a feature that would be useful for me and that I didn't saw in the tutorials.

Is it possible in PCB Editor 17.4 to place a pin arround a circle (the circle is only for the design and will not be in the pcb) at a particular angle (see picture below) ? I know that I can place a pin at particular coordinates but I'd rather not calculate the exacts coordinates arount the circle if there is an easier way..
