What is the via tied to?

 i want to place 2 via array structures 1 from layer 1 to 6 which will connect all GND and the other from layer 2 to 5 to connect all GUARDS.

i setup the BBvia. the question i have is when i pour the copper for each layer using dynamic shape and assign net as supply_0 for GND  and and assign net as GUARD for the 3 Guard layers. will this do what im trying to do in connecting the appropriate layers to eachother.  i also set the thermal relief to full contact. 

 

i ask this because i cant tell by looking at it what layer the vias are connected to and what layers they are not. How can i tel? i need to send this for manu by 12 today so advice needed. Thanks guys
