Remove(gray out) one single occurence in Orcad

I am working on an Orcad design with flat hierarchy - hence I will keep the design in instance mode for annotation etc. What I would like to find out is if there is a way of getting a single part/title block occurence back to gray/hashed state if one accidentally has edited it manually in property editor. If one single occurence is manually edited the design bounces back to occurence by default and the design gets out of sync. This is especially risky if you edit part properties directly in the schematics on a part that has the occurence fields not grayed/hashed. Then the value you enter in the design will not propagate to the instance property.

I am aware of the script that can push occurence to instance(Transfer Occ. Prop to Instance), but I would like to do this on a part basis to have more control. I am afraid that the script will have unwanted affects somewhere else in my design.

I have tried the 'Remove Occurence Properties'function under 'Design' menu item, but this completely removes the occurence. I am not sure if this is a good way of doing it either as I expect unwanted behaviour later.
