Cadance16.6 Shape symbol save error

Hi everybody,

I am designing a shape in cadance16.6. There is a rectangular and half of a circle. I merged them and it became like below figure:

Unfortunately, when I try to save it I receive below message causing me unable to use it further.

 I have installed the hotfix: DATE: 05-10-2014   HOTFIX VERSION: 028 as well. Is there anybody who knows the root of problem?

Am I right with the process of creating two separate shapes and merging them into one uniqe one?
