Ultra librarian to cadence error

 Hello,

 I want to import a footprint model of Texas instrument to Cadence (16.5) . I use Ultra Librarian  6.4.73. When I open the batch file I've this error with Cadence : Cannot open script file; No match found for 'CustomShapes.scr' in the search path.

I've no problem with the schematics, only with the footprint.
