Why not visualize the signal in divider output by 2?

rode this oscillator and used a frequency divider by 2 to simulate the circuit but did not get the signal in 4013. I would  if possible ,  explain and show the error.  I also wanted to see if you can mostar the frequency that the oscillator is working.
