Allegro 17.4 Help Browser

Hello,

I am using Cadence Allegro 17.4 and am wondering if there is any way to change the browser that the help windows open in.  Unfortunately it seems to use some archaic revision of chrome that the corporate net nanny blocks because of the old rev number, meaning I cannot access most of the help features.  I've dug around for an solution to this and haven't had much luck so far.
