Issues about Capture Netlist Export

When I try to export a netlist in Capture, It failed with the below ERROR Information:

#1 ERROR(ORCAP-36019): Unable to open file "C:\Users\马豆花\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp_pstxnet.dat" for writing. 3 T0 V' r) \% C8 u5 f$ ?

I noticed that there are somen chinese characters in the Path described in the seesion log. But after I changed the windows user name  to an english name,and also change my computer name to an english one, the problem still occur . 

Is there anyone know how can I fix the problem?
